Nola was just what I was needing to start my day off right. Nothing but good ole desert rock, tried and true. What seems like endless waves of crashing drums and prominent chugs and riffs control the natural flow of the tracks, all the while ethereal solos ring out past the boundaries of the tracks. Albums like Nola are the exact reason why I started this and were what drew me to bandcamp in the first place. This is a top notch debut from Sleeping Green that has me more than thirsty for their next album.
